I was born and raised in Los Angeles and earned my Master’s Degree in clinical Psychology from Antioch University. I began my clinical training at Open Paths Counseling Center, a nonprofit that offers therapeutic services to historically marginalized communities.
I earned my certification in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) as well as Reflective Parenting Training in preschool, elementary, and adolescent curricula through the Center for Reflective Communities. Alongside my work with individuals and families, I currently lead twelve week psychoeducation parenting classes. In my work with children, I utilize play therapy, art
therapy, and other creative modalities to better understand their inner worlds and meet them at their developmental level.
I’m passionate about working with individuals and families, adopting a positive, collaborative approach that compliments each person or family’s unique strengths.
I foster a safe space where clients can release shame and stigma, prompting curiosity, challenging old beliefs, and building confidence that life can truly change for the better. I believe that each person innately holds within themselves everything they need to thrive – with the right support, healing is possible.

My fee is $250 for a 50 minute session and $300 for a 60 minute session. I bill at a prorated amount based on my hourly rate for time spent on collaborative care (including professional consultations, written reports, court ordered appearances, visit to schools and treatment centers.)
While I don't accept insurance, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement if you request it.
While email and texting are convenient ways to communicate about business-related aspects of
psychotherapy, i.e., confirming, changing, or canceling appointments, please schedule an appointment to discuss clinical matters.
Parental involvement is a critical aspect of my approach. In the beginning stages of therapy, I require at least one hour-long parent session a month. As treatment continues, we re-evaluate based on family need whether parental involvement should increase or decrease. No one knows their child better than a parent, and I believe that when a therapist and parent/s come together, meaningful change can take place in a child’s life.
